摘要
为了提高目前国内电磁兼容实验室在做CE102电源线传导发射项目测试结果的一致性,该文根据电磁兼容标准GJB151A-97和GJB152A-97中规定的要求和方法,分析了影响其测量不确定度的各种因素,建立了不确定度分析和评定的数学模型,经分析和计算后,准确得到不确定度的评定结果,确定了测量结果的可信度。
CE 102 is used to measure the conducted emission of the EUT input power cord.To improve the con- sistency of the results in most internal EMC labs,this paper analyzed the influence factors of measurement un- certainty and established a mathematical modal for evaluation of uncertainty by measuring methods of GJ B 151A-97 and GJB 152A-97After the analysis and calculation,the result of uncertainty evaluation is provid- ed,so the credibility of the measuring result is also confirmed.
