摘要
以异丙醇铝为原料,采用完全液相法制备勃姆石系列甲醇脱水浆状催化剂,通过XRD、NH3-TPD和XPS等对催化剂的结构和酸性质进行表征,并在浆态床条件下评价其甲醇脱水生成二甲醚的活性,考察水量和酸量对催化剂活性的影响。结果表明,制备的浆状勃姆石催化剂具有良好的活性,相结构为勃姆石。在硝酸与异丙醇铝物质的量比为0.3∶1和水与异丙醇铝物质的量比为50∶1条件下,制备的催化剂活性最高。
Using aluminium isopropoxide as the raw material,boehmite slurry catalysts for methanol dehydration to dimethyl ether were prepared by complete liquid-phase method. The as-prepared catalysts were characterized by XRD,NH3-TPD and XPS. The activity of boehmite slurry catalysts for methanol dehydration to dimethyl ether were evaluated in a slurry reactor,and the influence of the amounts of water and acid were investigated. The results showed that the as-prepared boehmite slurry catalysts possessed better activity and boehmite phase structure. Under the preparation condition of n(HNO3 )∶ n(aluminium isoprop-oxide)= 0.3∶1 and n(H2O)∶ n(aluminium isopropoxide)=50∶1,the obtained catalyst had the best activity.
