摘要
【目的】研究双峰驼年龄和体尺对产毛量的影响。【方法】采用饲养管理、生理状况基本相似的驼群中选择2、4、5、6、7、8岁的60峰新疆木垒县双峰驼。按年龄分为6个组,每组10峰,并对体高、体长、胸围、管围等体尺指标和产毛量进行统计分析。【结果】2岁到8岁之间双峰驼的产毛量随着年龄的增加而均显著的提高,6岁到8岁基本稳定的增加,到8岁时产毛量最高(5.87 Kg)。双峰驼的各项体尺指标中除胸围与管围(0.41)之间呈中等极显著正相关外(P<0.01),其余的体尺指标对产毛量均极显著的影响。体高与体长(0.86)、胸围(0.70)、管围(0.55)之间呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。体长与胸围(0.66)、管围(0.55)之间呈极显著正相关。【结论】体尺和产毛量的变异系数来看,产毛量的变化比较大,因此,在双峰驼的育种工作中,我们必须注意这一点。
Objective: To study the effects of age and body size on the wool yield in the Bactrian camel. Method: 60 Bactrian camels that were kept under similar conditions and feed from Mulei, Xinjiang were selected for the study. These Bactrian camels were assigned to six experimental groups based on their age class (2, 4, 5, 6,7 and 8). Body size, including body height, length, chest and pipe circumference and wool yield was analyzed. Result: The results showed that the wool yield of Bactrian camels significantly increased from 2 to 8 year old. Specifically, a steady increase of wool yield was observed from 6 to 8 years old and the peak (5.87k9) was found at 8 years old' All of the body indexes showed a significant positive correlation to wool yield, except for chest circumference and pipe circumference (0.41) which were moderately positively correlative to wool yield (P〈0.01). Body height was showen to be significantly positively correlated (P〈0.01) with body length (0.86), chest circumference (0.60) and pipe circumference/0.55). Body length also showed a significant positive correlation with chest circumference (0.66) and pipe circumference (0.55). Conclusion: Wool yield was relatively less stable than body size, which is a concern during breeding in Bactrian camels.
