摘要
2011-2013年在新疆温宿县对家畜包虫病的流行现状进行调查。在定点屠宰场检查牛、羊包虫病感染情况;采集家/牧犬粪样在实验室用粪抗原夹心ELISA方法检测细粒棘球绦虫感染状况。表结表明2011-2013年家畜包虫病感染率分别为42.4%(336/793)、13.8%(30/217),11.5%(208/1817),平均感染率为20.3%(574/2827),三年家畜(牛、羊)的感染率感染率呈下降趋势,差异具有统计学意义(x2=332.338,P=0.000<0.01);2011-2013年犬细粒棘球绦虫阳性率分别为12%(30/250)、8.3%(20/240)和8.8%(21/240),平均感染率为9.7%(71/730),三年阳性率差异不具有统计学意义(x2=2.263,P>0.05)。三年调查结果表明家畜包虫病感染率呈下降趋势,但犬的细粒棘球绦虫感染率起伏较大。
Objective: The prevalence of Hydatid disease in the livestock of Wensu, Xinjiang was investigated from2011 to 2013. Method: The infection of Hydatid in cattle and sheep from slaughter houses was checked, and the infection of Echinococcus granulosus of home/herding fecal samples collected were detected by using the fecal Antigen sandwich ELISA method. Results: During 2011-2013, the infection rate of echinococcosis was 42.4% (336/793), 13.8% (30/217), 11.5% (208/1817), respectively. This suggested an average infection rate of 20.3% (574/2827) and showed a statistically significant decrease in the infection rate (x^2=332.338, P= 0.000〈0.01). Meanwhile, the infection rate of echinococcus granulosus in dogs was 12% (30/250), 8.3% (20/ 240) and 8.8% (21/240). The average infection rate was 9.7% (71/730) which was not statistically significant (x^2=2.263, P〉0.05). Conclusion: These results illustrated that there was a decline in Hydatid infection in livestock; while there was an increase in the infection rate of Echinococcus granulosus infection in dogs.
