摘要
为探讨大蒜提取物对植物病原菌的作用,通过测定大蒜水溶性提取物对青霉病菌(Penicillium italicum)、灰霉病菌(Botrytis cinerea)、黑根霉(Rhizopus nigricans)的抑制效果。结果表明:大蒜水溶性提取物浓度在0.75g/ml能完全抑制青霉病菌的生长,在1.0g/ml能完全抑制灰霉病菌的生长,在1.5g/ml能完全抑制黑根霉的生长。
Inorder to explore the effect of garlic extract on plant pathogen,garlic extract was applied to the anti-fungal effect on plant pathogen of P.italicum,B.cinerea,R.nigricans.The results showed that the concentration of garlic extract effectively anti-fugal to P.italicum,B.cinerea,R.nigricans were 0.75g/ml,1.0g/ml,1.5g/ml respectively.
