个性化护理在乳腺癌患者中的临床护理效果

Clinical Nursing Effect of Individual Nursing in Breast Cancer Patients

目的 探讨个性化护理在乳腺癌患者中的护理效果。方法 对我院接收治疗的100例乳腺癌患者资料进行分析,将患者根据入院治疗时间顺序分为两组。对照组采用一般护理,实验组采用个性化护理,比较两组护理效果。结果 实验组症状自评表(SCL-90)评分结果 为:焦虑(10.2±2.1)分、恐惧(8.9±1.7)分、抑郁(7.1±0.9)分、敌对(8.0±2.1)分、躯体化(13.2±5.1)分均低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的护理总有效率为96%,优于对照组(86%)(P<0.05);实验组对我院护理满意度达到96%高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 临床上,对乳腺癌患者采用个性化护理效果较好,能够有效的缓解患者治疗过程中的恐惧等心理,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the nursing effect of individual nursing in breast cancer patients.Methods Our hospital receiving treatment in 100 cases of breast cancer were analyzed, the patients were divided into two groups the treatment time. The control group using the general nursing, the experimental group used individualized nursing, nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results The experimental group and symptom checklist（SCL-90） score： anxiety（10.2±2.1）,（8.9±1.7） fear, depression（7.1±0.9）,（8±2.1） hostility, somatization（13.2±5.1） were lower than the control group（P〈0.05） nursing; experimental group total effective rate was 96%, better than the control group（86%）（P〈0.05）; the experiment group on nursing satisfaction of my courtyard reached 96% higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of individualized nursing, better for the breast cancer patients, can effectively alleviate the patients during the treatment of fear and other psychological, is worthy to be popularized.
