右美托咪定与咪达唑仑分别用于全麻患者经鼻清醒气管插管的效果比较 被引量:6

摘要 目的 探讨右美托咪定与咪达唑仑用于全麻经鼻清醒气管插管的临床效果。方法 将94例全麻经鼻清醒气管插管患者随机分为两组,其中对照组给予咪达唑仑复合舒芬太尼,观察组采取右美托咪定,观察不同时间点的患者心率、血压变化及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组T1、T2、T3时心率和平均动脉压较T0均无显著性变化(P>0.05);而对照组T2、T3时心率和平均动脉压均比观察组显著增加(P<0.05);两组患者术后随访均无对气管插管知晓;观察组心动过缓发生率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);而恶心、呛咳、呼吸抑制、躁动、心动过速及高血压发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 右美托咪定用于全麻经鼻清醒气管插管可稳定患者血流动力学,有效抑制气管插管反应,具有较好的临床应用价值。 Objective The right dexmedetomidine and midazolam for clinical effect of nasal conscious endotracheal intubation of general anesthesia. Methods 94 patients with nasal conscious endotracheal intubation general anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups, the control group given midazolam composite sufentanil, observation group to take the right dexmedetomidine, heart rate, blood pressure changes of the patients at different time points and adverse reactions occur. Results Observation group T1, T2, T3, heart rate and mean arterial pressure is T0 have no significant change(P〈0.05); while control group T2, T3, heart rate and mean arterial pressure were increased significantly in the observation group(P〈0.05); two groups of patients with postoperative follow-up are corrosive endotracheal intubation to know; incidence of bradycardia observation group is significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.05); and nausea, choking cough, respiratory depression, stir, tachycardia, and incidence of hypertension were significantly lower than control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Right dexmedetomidine anesthesia for awake nasal intubation patients with stable hemodynamic, effectively restrain endotracheal intubation response, and has good clinical application value.
