摘要
为缩短综采工作面设备的安装回撤周期,解决机械设备拆装安全性问题,以单臂机械手为研究对象,进行了伸缩臂部件的结构分析、力学分析,对刚度、强度及稳定性进行研究.运用Pro/E软件,对单臂机械手进行建模,用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对伸缩臂进行分析.研究结果表明:常规力学分析所设计的伸缩臂满足使用要求,有限元方法的运用有助于伸缩臂截面的优化设计.
In order to reduce the cycle of fully mechanized mining face equipment installation and withdraw,and solve its safety problems in this process,this paper took the single-arm manipulator as the research object,performed the structure analysis of the manipulator telescopic arm,and normal analysis of mechanics,and studied the stiffness,strength and stability of the single-arm manipulator.Pro/E software was used in the modeling of the manipulator arm and the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench was used in static analysis of the telescopic arm.The research results show that the conventional mechanical analysis design meets the requirement of telescopic arm,and the use of the finite element method is helpful to the optimization design of the section.
