江门区域经济差异的测度及影响因素分析

Research on Regional Economic Disparity Measuring and Influencing Factors of Jiangmen

采用人均GDP指标在多个空间层次上综合运用极差率、变异系数、加权变异系数、基尼系数以及泰尔指数对江门2000—2013年间的区域经济差异进行测度.基本结论是:江门四市三区之间的区域经济差异偏小,但是中心区域和外围区域之间的经济差异不容忽视.总体上,江门已经形成了以市辖三区为主体的中心区域和以四个县级市为主体的外围区域并存的二元空间结构.影响江门区域经济差异的因素包括地理区位、要素投入、外向化程度、产业结构和城市化水平、区域经济政策等.促进江门区域经济协调发展、提高区域经济发展质量必须多措并举,着力缩小中心区域和外围区域之间的差异、激发二者的内部经济活力.

Using Range Rates, Coefficients of Variation, Weighted Coefficients of Variation, Gini Coefficient and Theil Index, this paper measures the regional economic disparity between different districts of Jiangmen during the 2000-2013 period. The basic conclusion is as follows： regional economic disparity within the 7 county level administrative regions in Jiangmen is relatively small while that between the central areas and the peripheral areas is significant. Overall, a two dimensional structure that include 3 central areas and 4 peripheral areas has come into existence. The influencing factors for the disparity are various, including geographical location, factor input, degree of opening up, industry structure, urbanization level, regional economy policy and so on. To realize the goal of coordinated economic development in the region and to enhance the quality of development, the government of Jiangmen should focus on the gap between its central areas and peripheral areas.
