摘要
针对当前卫浴行业大量使用管铜制作水暖器材的现状,本文研发了一种薄壁铜管局部加厚技术.在保持铜管几乎全局薄壁状况下仅在需要开设螺牙的部位实现定向局部加厚.通过特别设计的模具工装和恰当的技术流程,实现了目标铜管局部向内增厚而外径保持不变的要求,兼顾了节约型材和不影响外观品质的企业需求.借助DEFORM-3D材料成形有限元分析软件,模拟研究了管状铜管加厚成形的动态过程,籍此获得有价值的应力分布、应变变化和变形速度等反映金属变形流动规律的重要成形细节,不仅可指导优化模具设计及优化技术参数,而且能预警并防范各种成形缺陷,同时还缩短了开发周期.
In view of the use of large amounts of copper plumbing equipment in the current sanitary industry, a thin brass local thickening technology is developed. While thinness is kept in almost all the wall of the copper pipe, the parts where thread is needed is thickened. Through specially designed mold tooling coupled with proper process, local interior thickening is achieved for the object copper pipe without altering its external diameter, saving material without compromising the appearance. The dynamic process of tubular copper thickening is simulated by means of the finite element analysis software DEFORM-3D to obtain valuable forming details of the distribution of stress, stress changes, and change speed which reflect the pattern of metal deformation and flow. The technology can not only guide the optimization of mold design and optimize process parameters, but also can alarm and guard against all kinds of forming defects; it can also shorten the development cycle.
