摘要
为解决当前卫浴用台面龙头台下安装与维护的操作难题,提出了2种结构创新的改进设计方案:1)采用弹性倒勾结构配合上置式螺口收紧装置,2)采用偏心斜置浮动块结合上拉收紧装置.改进方案使得龙头由传统的台下安装改进为台上安装,兼顾了装卸功能和制作成本的双重要求:巧妙借助可收纳结构使龙头管束和紧固构件得以穿越台面上方狭窄的安装孔并反向张紧,据此实现在台面上对龙头的位置调整和紧固,显著提高了龙头的安装工效与安装质量;同时,新方案设计的产品不仅结构简单、成本低廉,而且在安装龙头时无需再使用专业的安装工具.
In order to solve the under-deck installation and repair problems of deck-mounted taps, two designs of structural innovation are presented: 1) the inverted hook structure matched with an upper screw tightening device; 2) the eccentric and inclined floating block combined with a pull-tightening device. The improved designs shift the traditional under-deck installation to on-deck, taking into consideration both the installation dismantling and the manufacturing cost. The methods achieve the tightening of taps protruding through a narrow installation hole and significantly improves the efficiency and quality of fixing. Also the products so designed not only are simple in structure and low in cost, but also dispense with special installation tools.
