摘要
通过采用质性研究方法,从国家高校就业政策对大学生的择业观念、就业能力和就业行为的影响进行了研究。研究结果表明,国家的就业政策对引导和促进大学生就业、调节供求结构、提高大学生的就业能力等方面起到了积极的作用。政府应该进一步完善现行的就业政策,制定相应的配套措施。
Through the use of qualitative research method, this paper studies the effects of the national employment policies on the profession-choosing concept, employability and employment behavior. The results show that the nation- al employment policies play a positive role in guiding and promoting the employment, regulating the structure of sup- ply and demand, and improving the employability of university students. Therefore, the government should improve the existing employment policies and formulate the corresponding policies.
