摘要
对目前我国本科院校工程教育改革的现状与困惑及"共性"与"特性"进行了分析,并站在工程教育改革和发展的战略高度,从产业转型与升级角度,厘清了在"产学合作""做中学"和"国际化"关键性战略层面进行工程教育改革的重要性。结合"卓越工程师培养计划"和"CDIO国际工程教育模式",从工程教育理念、培养目标、办学机制、师资质量、课程设置、教学方法、评价体系等多个角度设计构建工程教育改革的实施框架,破解部分本科院校工程教育改革在认识、机制、方法、策略中存在的盲点或难点。
Through analyzing the situation and confusion,' identical' and 'property' form, the research clarifies the importance of 'production and education cooperation' , of engineering education re- ' learning by doing' , and ' in- ternationalization' for the engineering education innovation in strategic level from the view of industrial transformation and improvement. Combining "outstanding engineer education plan" and "CDIO international engineering education mode", the research designs and establishes the framework of engineering education innovation, and solves the difficul- ty and blind spots in strategy, understanding, mechanism, method of engineering education innovation for the part of Undergraduate Colleges from the perspectives of philosophy of engineering education, training purpose, educational mechanism, staff quality, curriculum, teaching methods and evaluation system design.
