摘要
分析了福岛核事故后由于我国核电发展速度放缓,对人才需求锐减,以及"核技术"应用飞速发展对人才需求猛增的现状,并针对我校"核工程与核技术"专业学生近年来紧张的就业局势,提出改变该专业原有的仅面对核工程方向的人才培养模式,加大"核技术"方向人才培养力度,并就"核工程与核技术"人才培养的模式和课程设置改革提出了具体的方案。
This paper analyzed the collapsed demand for talents due to the slow development of nuclear power situa- tion in China after the nuclear accident in Fukushima and the soaring demand for talents because of rapid development in "nuclear technology". According to the tight employment situation of students majoring in "nuclear engineering and technology" in recent years, we propose to change the existing mode of training professional only facing the nuclear engineering, increase the personnel training of "nuclear technology" direction, and finally puts forward talent cultiva- tion mode and program of curriculum reform.
