摘要
在有限常规资源和环境破坏的双重压力下光伏发电得到了快速发展。自2004年以来,中国光伏累计装机量已经超过20 GW。大量的光伏组件常年暴露在复杂环境下,伴随时间的推移,光伏组件发电状况在不断变化。以2004年安装使用的多晶硅太阳能组件为研究对象,通过对同规格、10年期新旧组件实际测试与分析,对比组件技术规程,得出了多晶硅光伏组件在使用过程中出现的10年期衰减程度。对我国在用的和即将大量投入使用的光伏组件如何控制质量提出了建设性的指导意见。分析了导致组件老化的原因,提出降低组件功率衰减的改进方案。
Under stress of limited conventional resources and damaged environment, photovoltaic generation developed increasingly. Since 2004, Chinese cumulative installed capacity of PV module had reached more than 20 GW. With time going by, power generation of PV module had changed greatly as exposed in complex environment throughout the years. By contrast the polycrystalline silicon solar panels installed in 2004 with the new ones, and considering the PV module technical regulation, we derived how much the photovoltaic module used for ten years has been degraded. We put forward constructive and practical advices to the quality control of PV module which are being used and will be used. Finally, we analyzed the cause of degradation and suggested the improved scheme to reduce the power degrada- tion of PV module.
