摘要
为了节省燃煤机组的启动费用,减少电厂锅炉的油量消耗,实现"节能增效",某电厂600 MW超临界机组锅炉采用等离子无油点火装置。通过分析,针对等离子点火装置在实际生产过程中常出现的故障,提出了切实可行的处理方法,使其在现场实践中得到了良好的应用,并为其他电厂同类型设备的缺陷判断与处理提供了有益的参考价值。
In order to save the start-up costs and reduce fuel consumption of the coal-fired unit, the plasma oilless igni- tion device is used in 600 MW supercritical unit. Through the analysis, the feasible processing method is put forward to improving its perfomance in view of the common faults of the plasma ignition device in actual operation. It also pro- vides a useful reference for the defect judgment and processing in other power plants with the same type equipment. percritical; boiler; ignition device
