摘要
目前对于医师职业精神的定义相当抽象,只有将其具体化和行为化,才能让医务工作者更好地将其运用于医疗实践中。利用包括69个项目的问卷对全国的712名患者、四川省的216名医生和212名护士进行调查,并对筛选超过75%的被调查者认为是"非常重要"以及"可观察到"的项目进行分析。结果显示,在对医师职业精神的定义中,医生、护士和患者在重要性和可观测性中产生了不同观点,但其中33个项目可以反映医师职业精神。证明通过具体行为对医师职业精神的定义是可行的,研究成果可用于医师职业精神的评测。
The definition of medical professionalism has been rather abstract. It could be used in medical practice only if it is crystallized and becomes behavior. In this research, 712 patients from national-wide, 216 physicians and 212 nurses from Sichuan were investigated with a questionnaire containing a total of 69 items to screen both important and observable items. The surveys of physicians, nurses and patients provided different perspectives on the importance and visibility of behavioral signs of professionalism. However, 33 items on the questionnaire are bound to reflect the medical professionalism. This study demonstrated that it is possible and instructive to define professionalism in terms of tangible behaviors. The results can be used in medical professionalism assessment system.
