不同专业大学生心理咨询职业伦理意识比较研究

Comparison of Consciousness on Professional Ethics of Psychological Counseling of College Students in Different Majors

心理咨询与治疗的特点决定对其从业人员职业伦理要求较为特殊。为了解医学生与心理学、教育学专业背景大学生心理咨询职业伦理意识的差异,以赣南医学院、赣南师范学院316名大二学生为调查对象,了解他们对心理咨询工作的职业伦理和态度。结果表明,不同专业背景大学生在保密原则、职业职责原则等方面不存在显著性差异,在咨询关系原则、心理评估原则、督导与培训原则及心理学科研伦理等方面存在差异。因此,高校应注重相应的伦理教育,同时社会需要开展相应精神心理健康知识宣传。

According to the characteristics of psychological counseling and psychotherapy, the practitioner should be more professional, in terms of ethics. In order to compare the consciousness on professional ethics for counseling in college students whose majors are in medical, psychology and education, a survey was conducted by 316 sophomores from Gannan Medical University and Gannan Normal University to get information on their professionalism and attitudes towards psychological counseling. The results showed that students in different majors had no significant differences in confidentiality, professional responsibility, but had significant differences in counseling relationship, psychological evaluation, supervision and training and psychology research ethics. Therefore, the universities should pay attention to the ethical education, and the society should be targeted to carry out the corresponding psychological health knowledge propaganda.
