不同养老方式老年人生活满意度影响因素分析

Analysis on the Factors Affecting the Life Satisfaction of the Elderly with Different Pension Ways

为了解不同养老方式老年人生活满意度的影响因素,对保定市60岁及以上老年人采用生活满意指数A量表进行了问卷调查。家庭养老组的老年人生活自理能力、婚姻状况、参加社会活动进入回归方程,机构养老组婚姻状况和参加社会活动进入回归方程。研究建议老年人尤其是婚姻状况不佳者要多参加社会活动;对有再婚意愿的老年人要支持;对家庭养老生活不能自理者要加强护理和照顾,探索适合不同老年人的新型养老模式是当今社会和政府的当务之急。

In order to investigate the factors which affected the life satisfaction of the elderly in Baoding city, we chose the people at 60 years old or older who dwelled in living quarters or the pension agency of Baoding city by cluster sampling method and used the life satisfaction index A scale for questionnaires. The results showed that the living skills, marital status and social activities were the influencing factors for the elderly who were family pension, the marital status and social activities were the influencing factors for the elderly who were agency pension. The results indicated that it was important to encourage the elderly to participate the social activity, especially to pay more attention to the elderly with bad marital status, to support the digamy of the elderly who were dissociation or loss of spouse and to provide intensive care and attending for the elderly who was family pension and losing life skirls. Therefore, it is the pressing matter for the society and government to develop new and different pension ways for different elderly.
