摘要
结直肠癌的规范化治疗不断深入，现代诊治理念也在不断完善。然而，在结直肠癌诊治的过程中，应注意避免“过度治疗”，即根治性治疗的前提下避免过度治疗，避免扩大辅助治疗指征而导致的毒副反应，无法控制肿瘤进展的情况下寻找退路。同时，应该重视肿瘤本身生物学特性及术后并发症对结直肠癌疗效的影响。
Standardized therapy for colorectal cancer is undergoing continuous improvements with evolving modem concepts of diagnosis and treatment. However, ＂excessive treatment＂ after radi- cal resection shall be avoided in the process of diagnosis and treatment. And toxic and adverse effects of unnecessary adjuvant therapy should be minimized. Meanwhile, we should pay more attention to the effects of tumor biological characteristics and postoperative complications on efficacies.
