摘要
采用一种均三嗪类改性剂对蚕丝织物进行改性,用阳离子荧光染料对改性后蚕丝织物进行染色,并对改性和染色工艺条件进行优化试验。结果表明,蚕丝织物的优化改性工艺为:改性剂7%,吸附p H值为3,吸附时间15 min;固着p H值为8,固着时间45 min,改性温度90℃。改性蚕丝织物的染色优化工艺为:染色p H值为7,染色温度90℃,染色时间30 min。用此改性及染色工艺,蚕丝织物经固色后具有较好的染料吸收能力,耐摩擦牢度及耐洗色牢度也有所改善。
Silk fabric is treated with a synthetic s-triazine modifier followed by dyed with cationic fluores-cent dyes. The results show that the optimum modification is: modifier 7%, adsorption at pH value of 3for 15 rain, fixation at pH value of 8 for 45 min, and modifying at 90 ℃. The optimum dyeing is: 90 ℃ for30 min at pH value of 7. With the above process, the silk dyeings feature stronger absorption to dyesand better color fastnesses to rubbing and washing.
