摘要
使用5种抗静电剂对毛及其混纺织物进行抗静电整理,分析了羊毛织物的抗静电性能,优选适宜的抗静电剂。研究结果表明:毛织物使用50 g/L抗静电剂FK-312,毛/涤混纺织物使用30 g/L抗静电剂1160,毛/粘混纺织物使用30 g/L抗静电剂570。浸轧抗静电整理剂后,于100℃烘干3 min,精纺羊毛和毛/粘混纺织织可于130℃焙烘1.5 min,而毛/涤混纺织物可在140℃焙烘1.5 min。
Antistatic finish of wool and its blended fabric is carried out with five antistatic agents, andtheir anti-static properties are compared. Effects of processing conditions on antistatic properties are dis-cussed. The optimized processes are 50 g/L antistatic agent FK-312, drying at 100 ℃ for 3 min, and cur-ing at 130 ℃ for 1.5 min for wool fabric; 30 g/L antistatic agent 1160, drying at 100 ℃ for 3 min, and curing at 140 ℃ for 1.5 rain for wool/polyester blend fabric; 30 g/L antistatic agent 570, drying at 100 ℃ for 3 min, and curing at 130 ℃ for 1.5 min for wool/rayon blend fabric.
