高职生人格特质对职业决策困难的影响研究——以完美主义和优柔寡断人格为例 被引量：2

摘要 文章探讨了完美主义、优柔寡断人格在不同职业决策情境中对高职生职业决策困难的影响。根据Frost优柔寡断量表(FSIS)和完美主义问卷(MPSF)分数的高低在326名大学生中选取80名学生为实验被试对象。通过C语言编程、信息板技术、呈现其职业决策情景。研究发现完美主义、优柔寡断人格影响高职学生的职业决策,建议高职院校加强对学生的心理健康教育和职业指导。
