噬菌体控制细菌性疾病的施用途径研究 被引量:1

摘要 噬菌体是感染细菌的病毒,是自然中丰度最高的一种生物类群。与抗生素相比较,噬菌体具有自我增殖快、特异性强、研发时间短等优势。近年来细菌抗生素耐药性逐渐增强,噬菌体作为抗菌制剂研究又重新受到各国的高度重视。在噬菌体治疗中,不同的施用途径会对治疗效果有显著的影响。本文就噬菌体治疗细菌性疾病过程中所采用的施用途径作一综述,以期为噬菌体控制细菌感染的深入研究提供参考。
