摘要
在船舶结构设计中,外板展开图的信息是船舶设计建造的关键,它的精准性直接影响船舶的建造质量。利用Auto LISP语言编制的外板自动展开程序功能,阐述了按水线、纵剖线和边舱展开及自由展开几种外板展开模式的原理和实现方法,并就程序编制和使用过程中的注意事项作了技术说明。实践证明,该程序的应用提高了外板展开图的绘制精度,保证了图纸质量。
In ship structure designs, information from the shell plate expansion plan is the key of ship design and construction, as its accuracy direct impacts on the quality of the ship construction. This paper presents the functions of the automatic shell plate expansion program based on Auto LISP language. It elaborates also the principles and realization of several shell plate expansion modes including those according to waterlines, buttock lines, or side tanks as well as free expansion mode, and explains the points for attention in the process of programming and application. Practice proves that application of the program will improve the drawing precision of the shell plate expansion plan, so that the quality of drawings could be further assured.
