肠道NK/T细胞淋巴瘤诊治一例

Intestinal primary NK/T cell lymphoma: one case report

NK/T细胞淋巴瘤是恶性淋巴瘤中一类少见特殊类型,其恶性细胞来源于T淋巴细胞或自然杀伤(NK)细胞。该病多原发于鼻腔,而原发于鼻以外的NK/T细胞淋巴瘤则称为鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤。该文报告1例以发热、腹泻为初发症状的29岁男性肠道NK/T细胞淋巴瘤患者。肠道NK/T细胞淋巴瘤多起病较急,临床表现无明显特异性,以发热、腹痛、腹泻、便血为主,重者可因出现肠梗阻、穿孔等急腹症而就医。

NK/T cell lymphoma is a rare and specific type of malignant lymphoma,arising from T lymphocyte of or natural killer（ NK） cells. It mainly occurs in the nasal cavity. Nasal NK / T cell lymphoma was defined as the NK / T cell lymphoma not located in the nasal cavity. We reported a 29-year-old man with intestinal primary NK / T cell lymphoma manifested as fever and diarrhea. Intestinal primary NK / T-cell lymphoma is characterized as acute onset without apparent specific symptoms. It presents with fever,abdominal pain,diarrhea and hemafecia,which probably lead to intestinal obstruction and perforation.
