头面部疼痛与鼻眶脑真菌病--附4例临床病理分析
摘要
鼻眶脑真菌病（Rhino-orbital-cerebral mycosis,ROCM）是一组威胁生命的恶性真菌感染病,病程的早期往往起始于不经意的头面部疼痛或神经痛,常伴有鼻塞、流涕、鼻衄等症状,突出表现为痛性眼肌麻痹,或为眼球运动时疼痛。感染可沿动脉扩散,致供血部位的组织器官坏死[7],还可沿静脉上行至海绵窦,形成海绵窦血栓,引起更为严重的症状和体征。后期可致面部损毁、失明、眼球坏死,甚至死亡。
