摘要
采用有限元软件ANSYS对气化炉除灰敲击装置的关键部件——活塞杆进行了三维数值计算,分析了在冲击载荷作用下其内部应力分布和变化规律。计算结果表明:活塞杆应力集中部位出现在活塞杆前端定位卡圈槽和台阶圆角两截面突变处附近,尤其是台阶圆角处的应力在计算时间内一直处于较大值;对于不同圆角半径的活塞杆,台阶应力集中处的最大Von Mises等效应力随着圆角半径的增大而逐渐减小。
The 3D model established with ANSYS software was used to calculate the piston rod of gasifier’s rapping device;and its internal stress distribution and rule of change under the impact load were analyzed. The calculation results show that the stress concentrates at the cross section’s mutation site of the piston rod, especially in the bottom step fillet where the stress amplitude becomes big obviously;for the piston rods with different fillet radius,the maximum Von Mises equivalent stress in the fillet decreases gradually with increase of the fillet radius.
