摘要
目的探讨高危型人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染与卵巢癌患者预后的关系。方法选取108例妇科手术切除的卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织(91例)和正常卵巢组织标本(17例),采用原位杂交法和免疫组织化学法分别检测HPV16/18型病毒感染情况、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和增殖细胞相关抗原(Ki-67)的表达。结果 VEGF和Ki-67在卵巢癌中的阳性表达最高,在正常卵巢组织中最低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同临床分期的HPV16/18感染比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而不同临床分期、不同病理分级的VEGF和Ki-67的阳性表达比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同组织类型间HPV16/18感染、VEGF阳性表达和Ki-67的阳性表达比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。卵巢癌组织中HPV16/18感染与VEGF表达和Ki-67表达呈正相关。结论高危型HPV感染可能参与了卵巢癌的发生和发展,VEGF和Ki-67可能协同参与了卵巢肿瘤的演化过程。对卵巢癌患者进行HPV16/18感染、VEGF和Ki-67表达检测有助于评估患者预后。
Objective To investigate the relationship of high-risk type human papilloma virus( HPV) infection and the prognosis of ovarian cancer. Methods Epithelial ovarian tumor tissue specimens( 91 cases) from patients with ovarian cancer and normal ovarian tissue specimens( 17 cases) were selected.In situ hybridization and immunohistochemical methods were utilized to detect HPV16 /18 infection,expression of vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) and cell proliferation-associated antigen( ki-67). Results Positive expressions of VEGF and ki-67 were highest in ovarian cancer tissue. The expressions of both VEGF and ki-67 were lowest in normal ovarian tissue. There was significant differences among different pathology classifications( P〈0. 05). Infection of HPV16 /18 in ovarian cancer during different clinical stages were similar( P〈0. 05),however,the positive expressions of VEGF and ki-67 in different clinical stages and different pathological classifications were statistically different( P〈0. 05). Infection of HPV16 /18,positive expressions of VEGF and ki-67 were not statistically different( P〈0. 05). Infection of HPV16 /18 was positive correlated with expressions of VEGF and ki-67 in ovarian cancer tissues( P〉0. 05). Conclusion High-risk HPV infection may be involved in the ovarian cancer occurrence and development,VEGF and ki-67 can synergetic participate in the evolution process of ovarian tumors. Detection of HPV16 /18 infection,VEGF and ki-67 can benefit evaluating prognosis in ovarian cancer patients.
