放射治疗联合顺铂和多西他赛治疗手术后复发乳腺癌的临床价值

Radiotherapy combined with cisplatin and docetaxel for breast cancer recurrence

目的探讨放射治疗联合顺铂和多西他赛治疗手术后复发乳腺癌的临床价值。方法将80例术后复发乳腺癌患者分为对照组和试验组,每组40例。对照组患者采用顺铂同步放射治疗,试验组患者在顺铂同步放射治疗的基础上加用多西他赛,比较两组患者的近期疗效和不良反应。结果试验组患者治疗后的近期有效率和临床获益率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗期间骨髓抑制、恶心呕吐、腹痛腹胀和手足综合征的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者的1年和2年生存率均高于对照组。结论放射治疗联合顺铂和多西他赛治疗手术后复发乳腺癌能够减少化疗不良反应,提高治疗效果,延长患者生存时间。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of radiotherapy combined with cisplatin and docetaxel for breast cancer recurrence. Methods 80 patients were divided into observation group（ 40 cases） and control group（ 40 cases）. The control group received radiation therapy and cisplatin synchronous,while the observation group received docetaxel on the base of therapy for control group. The efficacy and adverse effect of both groups were compared. The follow-up for two years were plotted for both groups. Results The treatment efficacy and clinical benefit of the observation group were higher than those of control group（ P〈0. 05）. The rates of bone marrow suppression occurs during treatment,nausea,vomiting,abdominal pain,bloating,and hand-foot syndrome were lower than those of control group（ P〈0. 05）. 1-year and 2-year survival rates of observation group were higher than those of control group. Conclusion Radiotherapy combined with cisplatin and docetaxel for breast cancer recurrence can reduce adverse effects of chemotherapy,improve the therapeutic effect and prolong the survival time of patients.
