HMGB1和VEGF在妊娠期高血压疾病中的作用及其相关性研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的通过测定妊娠期高血压患者血清中的高迁移率族蛋白1(HMGB1)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的水平,探讨两者在妊娠期高血压疾病中的作用及两者之间关系。方法随机选择妊娠期高血压孕妇128例为病例组,同期住院的正常孕妇105例为对照组,采用ELISA法检测受试者血清中HMGB1和VEGF的水平。结果与对照组比较,病例组血清HMGB1的水平增高,VEGF的水平降低;并且血清中HMGB1的水平与VEGF的水平呈负相关。结论 HMGB1和VEGF协同作用,可能形成和加速妊娠期高血压疾病的发生发展。 Objective:Through determining gestational hypertension patients serum of high mobility group protein 1(HMGB1)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)levels,and to explore the role of both in gestational hypertension disease and the relationship between. Methods:Randomly selected gestational hypertension group 128 cases of pregnant women,in normal pregnant women in the 105 cases as control group,using ELISA method to detect serum HMGB1 participants and the level of VEGF. Results:Compared with control group,cases higher levels of serum HMGB1,VEGF levels drop;And the levels of serum HMGB1 and negatively correlated with the levels of VEGF. Conclusion:HMGB1 and VEGF synergy,may form and accelerate gestational hypertension disease development.
