Ⅲ级产前超声检查在出生缺陷二级预防中的应用价值

Value of ievel III prenatal ultrasound in secondary prevention of birth defects

目的探讨Ⅲ级产前超声检查在胎儿畸形筛查及诊断中的意义,为出生缺陷二级预防提供依据。方法回顾性分析我院2012年1月-2014年1月行III级产前超声检查孕妇2846例超声检查。结果在我院接受检查的2846名孕妇中,胎儿缺陷率为1.96%(56/2846),III级产前超声对畸形的检出率为96.4%,其中重大出生缺陷6例,均已行终止妊娠证实。结论Ⅲ级产前超声检查可及时发现胎儿患有形态结构出生缺陷,是产前筛查及诊断胎儿畸形的重要方法,在出生缺陷二级预防及提高出生人口素质中具有十分重要意义。

Objective：To explore the value of level Ⅲ prenatal ultrasound in prenatal detection of fetal malformation and to provide proof for secondary prevention of birth defects. Methods：Data of 2846 subjects from January 2012 to January 2014 were analysed. Results：The incidence rate of malformed fetuses was 1.96% in the total of 2864 pregnant women underwent ultrasonography. The ultrasound detection rate was 96.4%. There were 6 serious birth defects in these abnormal. All these were confirmed by ending pregnancy. Conclusion：Value of LevelⅢ Prenatal is important in prenatal diagnosis. It is of great clinical value in screening out fetal malformation and secondary prevention of birth defects.
