摘要
目的研究系统产前超声在胎儿畸形筛查中的应用价值。方法 2006年1月~2013年12月运用系统产前超声筛查79 093例孕妇,畸形胎儿2326例,并对其进行分析。结果畸形胎儿2326例,畸形胎儿发生率2.94%;检出2293例,检出率98.58%;漏诊33例,漏诊率1.42%。结论运用系统产前超声筛查,对降低畸形儿出生率具有重要意义。
Objective：To investigate the applicable value of antepartum ultrasonography for fetal malformations. Methods：79 093 cases of gravidas examined from January 2006 to December 2013 by antepartum ultrasonography,and analyze the 2326 cases of fetal malformations. Results：2326 cases were detected as fetal malformations,the fetal malformation rate was 2.94%;2293 cases were detected as abnormal,the abnormal detection rate was 98.58%;33 cases were missed diagnosis,the missed diagnosis rate was 1.42%. Conclusion：Apply antepartum ultrasonography to effectively prevent the birth of malformation fetus,which had a significant value in reducing the fetal malformation rate.
