红斑狼疮病人孕期监控和新生儿狼疮预防的关系
摘要
红斑狼疮（SLE）是一种好发于女性的自身免疫性疾病。伴随着育龄红斑狼疮女性生存率的提高,红斑狼疮病人的妊娠逐渐增加,成功妊娠并顺利生产的成活率也逐年增长。妊娠失败率逐渐降低,近几年已由40%以上降至17%左右。尽管如此,SLE病人仍然比正常人有更高机会发生妊娠并发症,SLE病人的子代也有机会因被动免疫而发展成新生儿狼疮。
