兵团城镇化与区域建设协调发展实证分析

Empirical Analysis of Urbanization and Coordinated Development of Regional Construction in XPCC

该文通过构建兵团城镇化与区域建设协调发展综合评价指标体系,应用综合评价模型从时间维度和空间维度对兵团城镇化与区域建设协调发展水平进行实证分析。研究发现,2005—2013年间兵团城镇化与区域建设协同发展水平逐步提升,协调程度有所改善,但区域建设水平仍处于相对落后状态。该文认为,完善兵团区域建设,加强兵团各师城镇化与区域建设平衡发展,走兵团特色的城镇化和区域建设的发展道路,能够更好地促进兵团城镇化与区域建设的协调发展。

In this paper, we build a comprehensive evaluation index system of urbanization and regional coordinated development of XPCC（the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps）, and analyze empirically the urbanization and regional coordination development level from the time-space dimension. The study finds that： between 2005 and 2013 the level of urbanization and regional construction rose and improved gradually, but the regional construction level was still in a relatively backward state. In view of the findings,we put forward some countermeasures such as perfecting the regional construction, balancing the urbanization and regional construction to further promote the coordinated development of urbanization and regional construction.
