In recent years,the rapid development of the “private custom”reflects that the mode of individual needs drive market development has become an inevitable trend.Under the background of comprehensive development with economic and social fields,public personalized tendency has gradually enhanced,and the public increasingly pursuit the unique and personalized public services.The field of public services will certainly usher in the supply mode of “private custom”in the guidance of the public’s demand,and enter the era of personalized supply.However,in the face of the supply sit-uation of initialized,popular and differentiated public services,the government should transform the supply mode in time,and put forward the construction of hierarchical,personalized and inclined public services to realize the demand of entire development of the citizens.
