摘要
本文在分析少数民族人口社会流动性特点的基础上,通过对拥有49个民族的内蒙古自治区为期3个月的实地调查,从代际差异的视角对数据进行实证分析,发现少数民族地区代际流动存在着:两代劳动力职业分布由传统第一产业向二、三产业集中,两代劳动力职业没有显著的线性相关关系等特点。文章同时分析了文化程度、家庭成员影响、就业质量等因素对职业流动的影响,进而提出了畅通少数民族劳动力职业流动渠道、建立健全就业机制等合理化建议。
This paper? analyzes the intergenerational occupational mobility in minority area from the view of the intergeneration differences, which is based on the characteristics of minority area social mobility and the three -month field survey. The paper finds out that the occupational mobility has the tendency from the first industry to the second industry and the third industry, and there is not the significant linear correlation between the parents' occupation and the child's occupation. The paper also analyzes whether and how the degree of education, family members and employment have the effects on the occupational mobility. Then the paper puts forward the proposals on opening the channels of occupational mobility for the minority labor.
