社会成员话语权分布平衡性衡量——兼析社会成员话语权演变的经济动因

On the Discourse Power Distribution Measurement of Social Members and the Economic Motivation for Changes in a Modern Society

社会成员话语权分布平衡性是衡量现代社会公平性与运行稳定性的重要指标,通过一个社会的话语权系数及相关指标可以对其进行测算。经济财富分配的不公平是导致社会成员话语权分布不平衡的重要原因。社会成员话语权的绝对平衡和极端不平衡在现实社会中都是不存在的,存在着平衡与非平衡相互转化的可能性。构建社会行为体话语权函数、分布曲线、话语权系数及相关指标体系对社会成员话语权分布的平衡性进行估计与衡量,可以对一个社会的话语权分布动态演变规律与趋势进行定量分析,为社会治理体系构建和相关公共政策的制定、实施和评估提供可资借鉴的实证依据。

This paper constructs discourse power function,distribution curve and discourse power coefficient and the related index system for social members to estimate and measure the balance of discourse power distribution.The balance of discourse power distribution is an important index to measure the social fairness and stability of a modern society,which can be measured by estimating the discourse power coefficient of a society and related indicators.The imbalance of economic wealth distribution is one of the most important reasons to the imbalance of discourse power distribution among social members in a modern society;The absolute balance and extreme imbalance of discourse power distribution don＇t exist in the real society,there are the possibilities of mutual conversion between balance and imbalance of discourse power distribution.By constructing the new method and the new index system,we can make quantitative analysis for the law and trend of the discourse power dynamic evolution of a society,and provide an empirical basis for constructing social management system as well as the formulation,implementation and evaluation of relevant public policies.
