渤海西京鸭绿府考

On Bohai's West Capital Yalufu

西京鸭绿府为渤海五京之一,是渤海朝贡道中的重要城市。作者以朝贡道与渤海西京的关系为切入点,对西京鸭绿府府治及其辖境做了探讨,认为是先有了朝贡道之后才设置了西京;鸭绿府的治所应在今临江市,其辖境为西南起叆河河口,西部以宽甸、新宾为界,北隔二道松花江与长岭府相望,东北接安图县报马城(宝马城),顺二道白河南下至长白山天池,再顺鸭绿江水道向西至叆河河口。

The West Capital Yalufu(鸭绿府) is one of Bohai(渤海) Kingdom's five capitals,and an important city on Bohai's tribute way.This article provides a discussion about Yalufu's location and its jurisdictional territory from the perspective of relation between the tribute way and west capital.The authors infer that the tribute way was developed first then the west capital was established;the location of Yalufu is in today's Linjiang city(临江市);its jurisdictional territory begins in Ai river(叆河) mouth from southwest,with Kuandian(宽甸) and Xinbin(新宾) as its west border,Erdao Songhua river(二道松花江) as its north border opposite to Changlingfu(长岭府),its northeast border connecting Baoma city(报马城) in Antu county(安图县),then following the Erdao Bai river(二道白河) southward to Tianchi of Changbai Mountain(长白山天池),then following Yalu river(鸭绿江) westward to Ai river mouth.
