母国环境规制与外商直接投资:对污染避难所效应的一个解释

The Home Country Regulation of Environment and the FDI:An Explanation of Pollution Haven Effect

文章在Naughton（2014）提的概念性框架的基础上，建立了一个企业FDI决策模型，在合理的假定下得到了提高母国环境规制对企业FDI会产生倒u型影响的结论。母国环境规制的加强会产生污染避难所效应和停业效应，两个效应共同作用的结果是母国环境规制对FDI的倒U型影响。文章利用2000～2010年24个国家对中国进行FDI的数据，使用引力方程模型和面板数据分析方法验证了这种倒U型关系的存在。

Based on the Conceptual framework of Naughton(2014),this article construct a decision model of enterprises on FDI,and draw the conclusion that the enhancing of home country regulation of environment will have two effects,pollution have effect(PHE) and shutdown effect,the joint effect of which is a reversed U-shape effect on the FDI.The article then employ a gravity model and panel analysis method to testify such a reversed U-shape using the FDI data of China from 24 countries.
