摘要
与偏心轴配合使用的压线辊的压紧力无法用传统力学方法计算得到,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对打捆机送线系统进行动力学接触仿真分析,得出送线过程中不同的压线辊与驱动轮中心距时压线辊的压紧力及其相应的应力状况,其中压紧力最大且相应最大应力没有超过捆线屈服极限时的中心距即为最优结果。
The pressing force of line pressing roller used with eccentric shaft can not be obtained by conventional mechanical method,baler wire feeding system dynamic emulation analysis is operated with ANSYS /LS-DYNA software.Through analysis,can get the pressing force and corresponding stress condition in the wire feeding process at different center distances and the center distance with the maximum pressing force and corresponding maximum stress being lower than the bundle line yield limit is the optimal result.
