摘要
近年来,发展中国家间的水平型次区域合作不断兴起,而孟中印缅经济走廊的构建,使得这种合作模式更加受到关注。从国际经验来看,次区域合作中除了互联互通外,最重要的内容就是发展区域内经贸联系,但从现实来看,孟中印缅四国间的经济联系较弱,而经济走廊所涉及的主要地区之间更是如此。本文通过对四国贸易数量、贸易结构进行定量、定性分析,综合评估了该区域的经贸合作水平,并比对与孟中印缅次区域地缘经济和国家发展程度相似性较高的大湄公河次区域的经贸关系发展,从次区域合作构建和发展动力的角度提出了孟中印缅经济走廊建设的一些思路。
In recent years,the level of sub-regional cooperation between developing states has increased rapidly,and the construction of the economic corridor between Bangladesh,China,India and Myanmar has attracted greater attention.International experience shows that beyond benefits related to increased connectivity,the most important aspect of sub-regional cooperation is increased commercial and trade linkages within the sub-region.Realistically speaking,economic linkages between these four countries are rather weak,as is the case for the main regions associated with the economic corridor.This article offers an assessment of the region's level of economic cooperation based on a quantitative and a qualitative study of the volume and structure of trade between the four states.It compares the trade relations of the Bangladesh-China-India-Myanmar sub-region to those of the Mekong Sub-region,which is similar in terms of geo-economics and level of development.The article closes with considerations for the construction of a BCIM economic corridor from a perspective of motivations for sub-regional cooperation.
