摘要
针对系统中LRU,SRU之间由于存在隶属关系而导致在使用中的重要程度不同的实际情况,以稳态条件下的两级航材保障模式为研究对象,构建了多隶属关系下的可修复航材储备模型.引入了期望缺件数的概念,从而将航材的储备和飞机的完好率结合起来,通过在飞机完好率和经费间的综合权衡,分别得到了基地级和基层级的LRU、SRU的最优储备方案.
Considering the fact of importance different between LRU and SRU caused by indenture, researching on two level spare parts support model based on steady state, a recoverable spare parts reserve model under multi-indenture is established. The paper induces the concept of expectation back order, and considers both spare parts reserve and availability. The base level and basic level reserve strategy of LRU and SRU is put forward after the balance between availability and cost.
