我国高速公路定价存在的问题及对策研究

Study on the Problems Existing in China's Highway Pricing and Its Countermeasure

高速公路是现代交通网络的重要组成部分,在经济社会发展中有着重要作用。作为自然垄断的准公共物品,其兼顾社会效益与经济利益的收费制度,有力推动了我国高速公路的快速发展。在梳理我国高速公路定价现状与存在问题的基础上,简要介绍了国外高速公路的收费模式,进而研究了影响高速公路定价的主要因素,提出了完善我国高速公路定价机制的对策建议。

High way is an important part of modern traffic networks, which is playing a key role in the development of economic society. As a naturally monopoly quasi-public goods, its charge system with consideration of social benefit and economic welfare, improves the rapid development of China＇s highway. Based on combing the pricing status quo and existing problems in China＇s highway, this paper briefly introduces the charge pattern of foreign highway, studies the main influencing factors, and puts forward the countermeasures.
