浙江省污水处理收费政策的回顾与反思

Review and Rethinking of the Sewage Treatment Charge Policy in Zhejiang Province

征收污水处理费是排放污水的单位和个人承担治理责任的重要经济补偿形式。在阐述污水处理收费的理论后,回顾了浙江省污水处理收费政策,分析了污水处理收费存在的标准偏低、征收法规不健全等问题,提出了完善污水处理收费政策的建议。

The sewage treatment fee is an important compensation form of bearing the treatment obligation for sewage emission unit and individual. Based on the presentation of sewage treatment charge theory, this paper reviews the charge policy in Zhejiang Province, analyzes the lower charge standard, incomplete charge regulation, and puts forward suggestion to improve the sewage treatment charge policy.
