浅谈崇左市甘蔗节水灌溉发展

Development of sugarcane water-saving irrigation in Chongzuo City

崇左市甘蔗节水灌溉工作已开展多年,项目实施初见成效。为此,从项目规划、工程设计、项目实施前期工作以及运行管理4个方面总结了该市甘蔗节水灌溉实施经验,并提出了利用其它行业资金补偿发展农业保障水利资金来源,通过家庭合作经营管理制度达到共同富裕以及利用生态循环经济体系提高农业收入的新理念。

Chongzuo City has promoted water-saving irrigation of sugarcane for years and achieved initial effects. Asummarization was made on the experience in four respects of project planning,engineering design,preparation be-fore implementation and operation management. New concepts were put forward such as utilizing funds of other in-dustries to compensate agricultural and water investment,achieving common prosperity by cooperative manage-ment,increasing agricultural income by use of ecological circulating economic system.
