摘要
从纺丝动力学和纤维截面动力学基本方程出发,通过试验确定了宽长比为0.6的扁十字纤维的形状系数,在此基础上,通过将前期研究得到的宽长比为0.5的扁平纤维和宽长比为1的正十字纤维的形状系数与该扁十字纤维的形状系数进行最小二乘法拟合,得到了任意十字纤维的理论数学模型,从而可实现十字异形纤维工艺参数的理论优化和异形度可控的生产。
According to the basic equations of spinning dynamics and fiber cross-section dynamics, this pa-per determines the shape coefficient of the flat cross polyester fiber which width and length ratio is 0.5, onthis basis, make least-squares fitting to the flat fiber which width and length ratio is 0 and cross fiber whichwidth and length ratio is 1 and the shape coefficient of flat cross polyester fiber by preliminary studies, andthen the theory math model of arbitrary cross-fiber can be gotten, which realize the theory optimization of pa-rameters of the cross-profiled fiber and profile degree controlled production.
