摘要
研究芳纶1414纤维含量对芳纶针刺毡性能的影响,在相同面密度和相同针刺密度的条件下,生产不同质量比的芳纶1313与芳纶1414针刺毡,测试了不同质量比的芳纶针刺毡的力学性能和阻燃性能。结果表明:随着芳纶1414纤维含量的增加,针刺毡试样的断裂强力、撕破强力及顶破强力先减小后增大,断裂伸长呈振荡式变化,且其各项燃烧性能指标逐步提高。
Effect of aramid 1414 fiber content on properties of needle punched felt was studied. Based onthe same surface density and needle density, needle felts with different mixing ratio of aramid 1313 and ara-mid 1414 fiber were produced. The mechanical properties and flame retardant properties of different propor-tions of aramid fiber needle felt were tested. Results showed that breaking strength, tearing strengthand bursting strength of needled felt samples decreased firstly and then increasd. Breaking elongationshowed a type of shock change. Indexes of flame retardant properties presented an improvement.
