摘要
如今互联网领域对用户体验的理解层面不一,但大多数用户体验理论是以个体体验为研究对象的,忽视了体验社会化的特质。本文总结了对用户体验的三个层面的理解,指出了交互设计领域并没有解决"在形成行为、情感、意义中文化的角色是什么"这一问题。本文详细阐述了用户体验的——协同体验(co-experience)。这个观点于符号互动论的基础上建立,并创造了一个更具包含性的交互框架来思考用户体验。"讲故事"成为协同体验设计得一个重要方法。
There are dif ferent understandings of user experience in the world of interactive product design. However, most user experience study only focus on the individual view and neglect the social property of experience. The paper reviews three main approaches in user experience. A problem is still unsolved that what is the role of culture when formulating user's action, emotion and meaning. To address this, a new elaboration called co-experience is presented. It builds on symbolic interactionism to create a more inclusive interaction framework for thinking about user experience. Storytelling may be an important tool when designing a co-experience.
