摘要
通过分析重介质选煤工艺参数,分别设计了重介质悬浮液密度、分流箱开度、合格介质桶液位、旋流器入口压力等参数的控制方案,可有效提高重介质选煤参数测控的及时性、准确性及重介质选煤效益。
Based on the analysis of the parameters of HM cleaning,re-design of the density of HM suspension,opening degree at suspension splitting box, fluid level at qualified suspension box and intake pressure in cyclone; such measures give remarkable meaning in increasing the timely and precise control and performance of HM cleaning.
